That’s cool. Give it a smooth roll.
Rolling around the world!

If you are going to do something, you may as well KICK ASS and take names. This song does not sit still. The bass is all over the place, and these guys BRING IT. Expecially around 4:51. I can NOT sit still for that part. Especially while driving.
I will be gone all day…
so, just wanted to say…
where there’s a will, there’s a way…
and after work, I will play!

I wanna hear.
OK. I’ll record something this weekend for you. Lower your expectations. Lower… a LITTLE lower. OK. That should do. Stay tuned.
Cheers to you wonderful people!

Can you sing?
Yes, I was 2nd tenor in this barbershop quartet (we stuck together for a couple of years). It was a lot of fun. I was in several choirs in high school too. But these days, I sing to the steering wheel mostly.

that’s so awesome!
NOT to be confused with the actual Dave Grohl… :) He just kinda looks like him, and selected his username accordingly…
I’m obsessed with food. Not because it’s delicious (which it is oh my god) or because I love to cook (which I do), but because food is the most powerful thing in our lives.
Who fucking knew?
I first figured it out a few years ago when I saw a documentary made by one of the coolest people ever,…
Everyone who is alive should read this. Really.
Visualize: a sledgehammer covered in velvet, wrapped in a lemon peel, swinging through a watermelon filled with blue jello.
If 10 people drew this on paper, we’d have 10 different pictures. But of the same thing. Interpretation, experience, expectations… and other filters effect the way we see the world. Even when we are looking at facts.
Also, our internal agenda guides our reactions and interactions.
Cray cray, no?
“A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.” —Robert Heinlein

It’s a cool picture but also almost creepy. I really like it.
I know. The feet look particularly large. Very strange.

I totally identify with 3, 6 & 8. I DO have OCD (and ADD-difficult mix), though. My kids don’t do anything either unless I ask them, repeatedly.
They say insanity is hereditary: You get it from your kids!

Amen to that. They should come up with a summer camp where kids go to learn how to be useful when they’re not in school. Maybe even throw in a lesson on common sense or manners.
Sign me (my kids) up for that one!

I know the exact same feeling! it can’t be OCD…no…
Hahaha. Definitely NOT! :)

I would love to know what position you assumed to take this picture. I make a fool of myself to get a good shot :)
I will try to explain: This green stuff was on a fence, and we were parked next to it. When we got in the car, I noticed it, and hopped out, and crouched down right next to the fence, in kind of a half crouch, right up next to the whole mess. I probably looked like an idiot, but I disconnected my concern for my looks from my brain way back in high school.

Looks like a set on Pushing Daisies!
That was a cool show. All the solid, pure primary colors, and the very cool narration. All cool.

I see “he” is a she. How liberating! LOL :)
You have good eyes! :)

I wasted more than a few minutes looking at those. :-)
Haha. Me too!

Haha…. Dogs are so fun :)
Aren’t they though?
